In the quest for glowing and flawless skin, beauty enthusiasts are constantly on the lookout for natural skincare solutions that deliver exceptional results. Look no further than our Hibiscus Pink Clay Mask – a luxurious blend of carefully selected ingredients designed to revitalise, rejuvenate, and reveal your skin’s natural radiance.

Packed with the goodness of pink clay, hibiscus powder, rose petal powder, and rosehip seed powder, this mask offers a holistic approach to skincare that is both effective and indulgent.

It’s suitable for all skin types (except for maybe very sensitive where a patch test is advisable).

This is a dry anhydrous mask that you mix with any liquid just before use. Because it’s anhydrous, there’s no need for a preservative plus it has a long shelf life.

Unlock the Secrets of Pink Clay: At the heart of our Hibiscus Pink Clay Mask lies the star ingredient – pink clay. Renowned for its detoxifying and exfoliating properties, pink clay gently draws out impurities from the skin’s surface, leaving it refreshed and revitalised. Rich in minerals, this clay helps balance oil production, making it an ideal choice for both oily and combination skin types. Its exquisite soft pink hue adds a touch of luxury to your skincare routine.

Harnessing the Power of Hibiscus: Hibiscus, often referred to as the “Botox plant,” brings its skin-loving benefits to this mask. The inclusion of hibiscus powder infuses the formula with natural alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) that aid in gentle exfoliation, promoting cell turnover for a smoother complexion. These AHAs also contribute to improving the skin’s elasticity and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, resulting in a youthful and vibrant glow.

Indulge in Rose Petal Luxury: Imagine the delicate scent of roses as you apply our Hibiscus Pink Clay Mask. The addition of rose petal powder not only offers an aromatic treat for your senses but also lends its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties to the mask. Roses have been treasured for centuries for their ability to calm irritated skin and provide a touch of indulgent luxury.

Nourish with Rosehip Seed Powder: For an extra boost of nourishment, our mask includes rosehip seed powder. Bursting with vitamins, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids, rosehip seed powder helps to rejuvenate the skin, fade scars, and improve overall skin texture. Its deep moisturising properties ensure that your skin is left feeling hydrated and supple after each application.

Hibiscus Pink Clay Mask Formula/Recipe

Ingredient Amount in grams % of formula
Pink Clay 30g 60%
Hibiscus Powder 9g 18%
Rose Petal Powder 6g 12%
Rosehip Seed Powder 5g 10%

Directions:

Gently mix all powders thoroughly together in a bowl and decant into a suitable container.

How to use:

Mix approximately 1 teaspoon with a similar amount of water or your liquid of choice at time of application. Unused mask will last around 3 days.

Using clean fingertips or a face mask brush, apply an even layer of the clay mask to your face, avoiding the delicate areas around your eyes, eyebrows, and lips.
Relax and leave it to dry for 10-15 minutes.
When it’s time to remove the mask, wet your hands with warm water and gently massage your face in circular motions. This helps rehydrate the clay and softens it, making it easier to remove. Rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water until all traces of the mask are gone.

Other than water, what can I add to the Mask to activate it?
To activate the Hibiscus Pink Clay Mask effectively, you can use a variety of liquid options, each offering unique benefits to your skincare routine. Here are some suitable liquids you can consider:

  1. Water: The simplest and most common choice, water provides hydration and ensures a gentle mix. It’s suitable for all skin types and is particularly recommended for those with sensitive skin.
  2. Rose Water: Infuse an extra touch of luxury and soothing properties by using rose water. It’s renowned for its anti-inflammatory and pH-balancing qualities, making it perfect for sensitive, dry, or mature skin.
  3. Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe vera gel offers hydration, cooling effects, and additional skin-soothing benefits. It’s an excellent choice for sensitive or irritated skin, and it complements the mask’s holistic approach to skincare.
  4. Green Tea or Hibiscus Tea: Green or Hibiscus tea is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Using cooled tea as your liquid can provide an extra boost to the mask’s rejuvenating effects, making it ideal for all skin types.
  5. Yogurt or Milk: These dairy products contain lactic acid, which gently exfoliates the skin while also providing hydration. Yogurt and milk are particularly suitable for those with dry or dull skin.
  6. Honey: Honey is a natural humectant that helps retain moisture, making it an excellent choice for dry or dehydrated skin. It also has antibacterial properties that can help with acne-prone skin.
  7. Hydrosols: Besides rose water, you can explore other hydrosols like lavender, chamomile, or witch hazel. These floral waters offer various skin benefits, such as calming, soothing, and clarifying properties.
  8. Fruit Juices: Some fruit juices, like cucumber or watermelon, can provide a refreshing and hydrating twist. However, make sure to do a patch test if you’re using fruit juices due to their natural acids.
